Phlebotomists are integral members of our laboratory team and very often patients' only contact with the lab. As such, their attitude and actions color patients' feelings toward LabFlorida. Not only phlebotomists have a huge impact on patients' and clients' perceptions of the lab, but they are the front line when it comes to patient safety issues, sample quality and integrity.

We are looking for experience of working with elderly patients and hard sticks.

Minimum Qualifications:

3 years current and continuous phlebotomy experience, with a proven record of consistent and accurate performance.

Computer experience or course work in computer and data processing is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Phlebotomy training, Florida license and experience.

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the desire to grow and continue education.

We are an independent reference lab with the mission to provide superior quality service for physicians and their patients. Every employee and every customer is important. The staff is small, the pace is fast but customer service and individual attention to every account is a priority.
